Two months ago I published my post: 18 Natural Perfumes & Why "Fragrance is such a HAZARD! One of the brands I highlighted in my article was Skylar. They carry my go-to perfume (Coral) which I've been wearing daily for months. In this post, I'm sharing a little more about the Skylar brand and an update on new products I've recently started using as well.
Skylar is a female-founded and women-owned clean brand made with non-toxic ingredients. All of Skylar's products are vegan + cruelty-free and free of sulfates, parabens, and phthalates. A lot of people begin their search for clean fragrances because they have allergies, skin conditions, suffer from migraines, or have long-term illnesses such as cancer that prevents them from indulging in conventional perfumes. But even if you don't have a medical diagnosis, it's still a good idea to switch to clean personal care products that are safe for you to absorb and inhale without causing more sensitivity to you and your children. If you're wondering what Coral smells like; Coral is a fruity/flirty scent. That's why I love it so much. I can best describe it as sweet and fruity with a dash of sexiness. It's just so good, I almost don't want to share the name with you so no one else smells as good as me.
Lastly, here's the Renewing Hand Cream in the scent Capri which contains peptides to promote younger-looking skin. It's also packed with high-performing ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid, Coconut Oil, Rosehip Oil, and Shea Butter. The packaging is also 100% recyclable and the perfect size to carry in my purse and gym bag. Capri is another scent I love because it's also sweet and fruity but this one has more of a citrus, clean, fresh, spring scent.
